At the age of 18 Ron Chambers built his first home in the Seattle area. From that point he was able to cultivate his passion and trade. He was granted a once in a lifetime opportunity internship with Sunny Faltner the premier Pudget Sound homebuilder. He later would partnered with some of the biggest names in commercial construction; building $20million school for Issaquah school district, $6million distubution center in Tacoma, apartment building in lake Sammamish, developing a city called Seabrook WA. He soon became the premier street of dreams custom homebuilder in Seattle area winning numerous awards with his wife who was the CDO of their multi million-dollar construction company. In 2006, the home market was slowing and Ron and his family changed gears to adapt to the changing market moving to Southern California for a $250million project remodeling the Betty Ford Clinic taking the 2 existing building to merge together as well as numerous other highly skilled remodels in the operating room with smart technology and ranker pavilion (which has been choice facilities of select Presidents of the USA. During the time in Palm springs area, Spencer, oldest son of Ron & Kim, began to take over operations for the company which had groomed him for from age of 12 years old.
Spencer has combined his expertise as a general contractor & managing sales broker for Developing & building his family had groomed him for and his love for the art of selling real estate.
